Vintage Slubby Cotton Artist Utility Worker Housecoat Overall Shirt Dress UK 12

Amazing belted utility smock overall shirt dress from the 1970s.  Excellent condition.

Collared, button through, with original belt and two deep pockets.  

The fabric is raw cotton and has a striped weave running through it. 

This dress is utterly fabulous - a gorgeous piece of original workwear.

Size 40 on the label which is a UK 12 - It does measure larger than a UK 12 as it's meant to be worn over clothing - it's designed to fit:
