Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping:

I pack and post most days excluding Saturdays and Sundays. If you require an item urgently, please contact me at lovelyvintage@myyahoo.com and I'll advise as to whether I can meet your request. Items are kept at my studio and not immediately available so please bear in mind that I'll need to collect, inspect and pack your item. I aim to ship out by the next working day.

I send every item by a trackable service.

International Shipping and Customs:

If you are an international customer, you may be charged a customs fee which is separate to your shipping fee. You are responsible for paying your customs charges. I do not mark packages as containing 'gifts' to swerve those fees. As with domestic postage, I send all International items by a trackable service. I understand that this is a little more expensive than standard shipping but it's essential to provide security and peace of mind for both my customers and myself.

Cancellations:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and a refund is fine if an item is cancelled within that time frame. To cancel your order, and obtain a refund please contact me first within 14 days of delivery at lovelyvintage@myyahoo.com. I will email a refund form. You are responsible for any return postage fees.

Please ensure that you return your item via a trackable service as it remains your responsibility until it arrives back with me. I will refund you by your original payment method within 14 days of your item arriving back with me.

I don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, I will to send it back to your delivery address on that order and ask you to cover the delivery costs

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were delivered in the last 14 days

  • The goods are still have their original swing tags attached and are in the condition that they were sent out in. I will inspect returned goods for signs of wear or damage and may deduct a percentage of the cost of your item to reflect any damage caused by you.

  • If a customer makes repeated returns, I may decide to cancel any future sales to that customer and charge a restocking fee. If more than 4 returns are made, the restocking fee is charged at £3.00 per item.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without proof of received return delivery.

Packaging

I use 100@ recycled packaging to fulfill your order.
