Gorgeous wrap bodice, fitted waist, full skirted party dress from the 1950s.
The fabric is flocked with a velvet tie on the hips. I doubt that this dress was ever worn - it's in fabulous condition. It has a side metal zip, the fabric is semi sheer but lined.
